These are all videos from a trail camera in Alabama. Wild pigs, feral hogs, wild boar, etc, these animals go by many names in the US. While too many of them in an area can devastate an ecosystem, they're interesting to observe with a trail camera. The first pigs in the United States were brought here by Spaniards hundreds of years ago. Now they thrive in the entire Southeastern United States, Texas, and Calfornia. There are actually several distinct wild pig species in the world, but the wild pigs here now are a mix of multiple species that also interbreed with escaped pigs originally born in captivity.
