As the rut continued I managed to jag a two day mid week booking, which allowed me to check the trail cameras and gather some intel for my old man who was heading out at a later date. There were some monster bucks on my trail cameras and we ran into an unlucky pig. My unlucky streak continued with terrible weather and a rifle mishap.
